BRYONY MAY KUMMER-SEDDON

This piece was an adaption of Islwyn Ffowc Elis's book of the same name. Written in Welsh and showing alternative futures this novel is considered both science fiction and nationalistic propaganda.

For this production I worked as set designer, assistant carpenter and chef. Created specifically for this production were two nine metre long tables that were hung from the rig so they appeared to float and the audience were given food to eat from them during the performance. 

The stage lips were raised from the ground so that it also appeared to float. During the performance light would come from beneath the stage as well as from the rig above.​
